Help! Somebody shrunk the store managers at the FamilyMart convenience stores in Taiwan!

We kid you, but it’s true that these adorable children were store managers at Taiwan’s FamilyMart! The “Little Store Manager Experience Camp” run by the convenience store franchise chain allows children to experience a day as a store manager, and though they were pretty good at their one-day “job”, they were even better at what kids do best – being irresistibly cute! Check out what the experience camp had in store for them after the jump!

FamilyMart is the third largest convenience store chain in Japan, and has franchise outlets in South Korea, Taiwan, China, Vietnam, the Philippines and the United States. In Japan, the franchise is fondly known as “Famima” for short, and is recognizable by its white-blue-green brand colors. In Taiwan, it is more commonly known by its Chinese name, 全家 (quan jia), though “FamilyMart” is still kept on its signboard.

The “Little Store Manager Experience Camp” welcomes children aged three to ten years old to try their hands at being a FamilyMart store manager in 60-minute sessions. Within the session, the little store managers are given brief training and several tests to see how they fare.

Training starts with learning the proper way to greet customers with a bow and a smile. The kids are then taught to keep the store tidy, arrange the products on the shelves, and check for the expiration dates of consumable products. Last but not least, and the most fun of all, they learn how to use the scanner at the cash register.

Once the training is done, it’s time to get to work! Five special customers await them as the children stand behind the counter; a customer who doesn’t have money, a nice lady who wants a cup of coffee, a guy in a panda mascot suit, a caucasian lady who doesn’t speak much mandarin, and a little customer of the same age group as the little store managers themselves.

How well do they fare in the tests? We think they get 120 points out of a hundred for cuteness, but as for their skills as a store manager… it’s probably more interesting if you watched it yourself!

The absolutely adorable antics of these little store managers attracted over 200,000 views on YouTube in just three days (it has more than 1.9 million views currently), and they totally deserve it, if we may say! Share the love and brighten up someone’s day with the angelic smiles of these little cuties!
