You know that feeling after you eat too much of something really delicious? When your stomach hurts and you’re filled with a curious mix of regret, pain and contentment? We reckon Yuka Kinoshita, Japanese competitive eater, knows that feeling well.

So, let’s watch a video of her making her way through 5.5 pounds (2.5kg) of rice and sticky natto beans!

▼ Kinoshita starts her challenge with nine packs of natto and six cups of rice. As you do.

She mixes the natto together to make it nice and gloopy, and pours it over the enormous bowl of rice.

▼ She adds a giant bowl of green onions…

▼ …which brings the total amount of food to over 5 pounds (or 2.5kg if you’re feeling metric).

She excitedly starts eating, chattering away about how cheap and healthy natto is, totally unperturbed by the challenge that lies ahead.

And (after switching her chopsticks for a large spoon halfway through the meal) she finishes it, right down to the last mouthful.

▼ Well, she is a professional competitive eater, after all. Gochisou sama deshita!

You can watch the whole, wonderful thing here:

Kinoshita is an active and popular YouTuber who posts regular videos of her eating way too much.

Like that time she made her own maple bacon donuts, and then ate all 10 of them.

I mean we’ve all been there, right?

Or the time she tried to eat 100 burgers in one sitting.

▼ Fifty beef and fifty chicken. Otherwise, she might’ve got bored, I guess.

Or the time she went to an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant and tried to eat one of everything on the menu.

▼ Mmm…unlimited sushi.

While we’re sure the health benefits of natto are balanced out by the negative effect of eating five pounds of, well, anything, you can’t deny that this pint-sized young woman is pretty damn good at what she does.
