Conveniently located in Tokyo Tower, the renewed Cafe Mugiwara is easily accessible, highly entertaining, and also provides free wifi for guests to catch up or plan out the next part of their journey.
After stepping inside, you will quickly find yourself surrounded by an extensive collection of One Piece books, magazines, and manga in six different languages. As the only official One Piece Library Cafe in the world, Cafe Mugiwara is proud to provide not just mouth-watering dishes and drinks, but also an opportunity to read through the adventures of Luffy and crew.
Yes, you read that correctly! Content is currently available in Japanese, English, Chinese, German, Korean, and also Spanish! Many of the staff members are also very helpful in different languages, too.
At Cafe Mugiwara, you can also choose from a delicious selection of sandwiches, burgers, pancakes, and desserts that are based on the crew. Go for it all with Luffy’s Luxurious Feast Sandwich, slice into Zoro’s Santoryu Burger, or savor the sweetness of Nami’s Extravagant Orange Pancake! If you just need a moment to use the internet or catch up on the manga, coffee, cocktails, and a good selection of international beers are also available.
Being a Nami fan, of course I had to go with her pancake! Topped with ice cream and finished with an elegant mandarin sauce, it was an absolute delight to have. You can even bring the cute little pinwheel home as a souvenir!
Before heading upstairs to the One Piece Tower amusement park, or going next door for Sanji’s Oresama Restaurant for a taste of his creations, be sure to check out the detailed replica of Oda Eiichiro’s work desk. The pens and decorations are all arranged based on his actual workspace, and you can literally see his ideas rising from the desk.
As a bonus, the renewed Cafe Mugiwara also has a simple treasure hunt that guests and their younger companions can enjoy. Along with this replica of Luffy’s famous straw hat and Chopper’s blue backpack that we showed a few scrolls above, the belongings of other characters can also be found throughout the cafe!
Check out more photos of Cafe Mugiwara below, and see if you can find a few more belongings!
