Remember ekoD Works, the creators of the booby T-shirt that allowed owners of even the most modest breasts to show off a pair of tremendous D-cups in public? Well they’re back, and once again they’re celebrating boobies with a brand new project that requires the financial backing of fellow cleavage enthusiasts.

This time around, the creative team is launching a series of necklaces dubbed “Tanima Diver”, which feature an array of tiny figures, from skydiving businessmen to men in full scuba gear, about to descend into the dark valley, or “tanima“, between a woman’s breasts.

Join us after the jump for more on this peculiar product and to take a look at the wacky promotional video its makers are hoping will convince you to part with your money.

Turning to Japanese crowdfunding site Campfire, ekoD Works is asking for 400,000 yen (US$3,900) to get its latest project off the ground. You might wonder who on earth would invest in a product like this, let alone run out and buy one if it makes it into stores, but at time of writing, Tanima Diver has already received just under half of its required funding from 41 interested parties, with seven days left to get involved.

Just like on Kickstarter, backers are offered a variety of incentives based on the amount they contribute, with promises of everything from a mention on the company page to sets of necklaces and invitations to launch events. But before we check out the promo video, let’s take a look at the necklaces in action.

▼A number of models will be available, all looking thrilled to be taking the plunge

▼ Happy salaryman

▼Why there’s a dog here, we have no idea

▼Not sure the swimming cap is necessary, but whatever floats your boat…

▼ This guy looks like he’s going to be gone for a while

But wait! What of those who don’t possess the enormous cleavage to make Tanima Diver work for you? Fear not: ekoD Works has you covered with the aforementioned D-cup shirt, which it’s giving away to those who make a donation of 7,000 yen or more!

Honestly, we don’t know many women who would actually seek to direct further attention to their breasts by wearing necklaces like these, so we’re unsure of who ekoD Works is targeting with its latest product. We will admit, though, that the necklaces are kind of cute even at this early stage, and hey, if the people who want to buy them are the ones funding the project, who are we to complain!?

Here’s the promo video from team behind the product, which is designed to look like one of those cheesy daytime TV shopping segments and complete with weird comic touches. If you’re interested in backing this bizarre product or would like to know more, head over to ekoD Works’ Campfire page now. Happy diving!
