Check out this unbelievably simple yet detailed “three paper cup One-Punch Man cartoon art!”
This clever movable cartoon strip is the creation of 22-year-old Japanese Twitter user Shinrashinge (@shin___geki), whom we introduced you to earlier this year in the context of his impressive “tobacco art.”
This time, the Japanese internet is abuzz once again after Shinrashinge posted an original cartoon strip paying homage to the conclusion of the One-Punch Man anime series online. Even more impressive is that he fashioned his artwork out of nothing but three paper cups!
Check out how the simple-but-effective contraption works as he scrolls along the comic in the following short clip:
▼ “The [One-Punch Man] anime will end with the next episode >_<…I made this manga-thingy by doodling on three extra paper cups.”
▼ “This is what it looks like when I dissemble those One-Punch Man paper cups that I made the other day.”
Most impressively, Shinrashinge even got the original author of the One-Punch Man web comic, who goes by the pseudonym of ONE, to comment on his Twitter post:
▼ “Wow! It’s amazing. Thank you very much. I’m looking forward to the last episode.”
Let’s take a look at a few of the other cool projects that Shinrashinge’s posted since his tobacco art this past May:
