Ever the video game fans and hungry for news of upcoming titles and hardware, we sent our reporter extraordinaire Kuzo over to L.A. to check out the games event of the year. It wasn’t long, though, before he became distracted by the swathes of official swag on sale.
Thankfully, before he found himself completely over encumbered Kuzo was able to get a few snaps from the trade show floor. Check this little lot out!
E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) is the world’s largest games event, currently being held from June 11 to 13 in L.A.. The big talking points this year have of course been the reveal of details of next-gen consoles the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but there’s also lots more going on the floor.
As things were being set up in the convention center, Kuzo took a look round the venue at all the original E3 merchandise on sale. T-shirts, mugs, tumblers – so much stuff! The stall hadn’t opened yet, but the manager saw Kuzo taking photos and invited him in, saying, “Don’t take photos from so far off, come in here and take them!!”
As well as the usual T-shirts and mugs, they were also selling sweatshirts, stationery, and more. Actually what our man admits he most wanted was the dime-a-dozen original E3 mug. “There’s just something about how thick and solid about them!” he protested when we chuckled that he must be missing out on far better goodies. “I know my coffee will taste extra delicious drinking from one of those things, with all my memories of E3 2013…” he smiled.
