Hot on the heels of Mario Kart 8‘s collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, Nintendo has announced that players can now preorder two more DLC expansion packs, which will include Zelda and Animal Crossing characters and maps.
Each expansion pack will include four vehicles and eight courses. The Zelda pack will introduce Link, Tanooki Mario, and Cat Peach; while the Animal Crossing pack will introduce Dry Bowser, Villager, and Isabelle. Each pack will be sold for $7.99 each, or together for $11.99. Those who purchase the bundle will also receive eight new colors for Yoshi and Shy Guy, which will be available immediately.
The Zelda DLC will be released November 2014, while the Animal Crossing DLC will be released May 2015.
