There’s nothing we’d rather do in a video game than destroy huge robots and customize an extremely powerful Gundam of our own.
The marketing genius of all the Gundam series is pretty evident. All you have to do is create a show about giant robots that fight each other and make the robots as cool as they can be. Then, not only will the show sell like hotcakes, fan-favorite figures and model kits fly off the shelves. Those models are called Gunpla, a play on the name “Gundam plastic model”, and they allow fans to build their favorite Gundams in their own homes. The best part of these kits is that you can modify them and switch around parts to customize your personal Gundam army.
Gunpla and video game fans will be happy to know that Bandai Namco Entertainment’s series of video games, Gundam Breaker, is getting a third installment. This action-packed Gundam game combines all the robot clashes with the awesome customization of the gunpla kits.

As you defeat enemies in Gundam Breaker 3, they drop extra parts as rewards. With them you can make your own original Gundam, however you can imagine it, and then take down all of your enemies with your creation.
▼ New to this version is the inclusion of the SD Gundam series.
The game will be released for the PS4 and PS Vita in 2016, but no further information is available yet, so you’ve still got plenty of time to mock-up a dream Gundam from all the different gunpla parts you’ve got lying around.
