There are some things that children do that can ruin a nice day out for an adult or for the whole family, and such behavior is generally tolerated only because they’re kids and they have no idea what a nightmare they’re causing. But when a fully grown adult throws a tantrum in public, you can be sure that it’s probably going to end up on YouTube…
Don’t see what I’m trying to get at? You might have a better idea after watching this couple arguing at an auto show, the woman screaming and pulling at her man’s shirt because he won’t buy her the car she likes.
Short story shorter, this couple was at an auto show and the woman insisted on having a shiny new white car. The man refused, reasoning that they already have several cars at home and she doesn’t drive them anyway, but the woman just kept pestering him to buy her the car, creating a ruckus that attracted several onlookers who started recording their argument on their mobile devices.
Woman: I don’t care, I want this!
Man: We already have four or five cars at home!
Woman: And which one of them is mine? They’re all yours! I want this one!
Man: Have you even driven a car?
Woman: I can drive!
Man: The last time I bought you a car, you just left it sitting there!
▼ Noticing that people were filming them, the man shouts at the onlookers, asking them to stop filming, and tries to walk away, but the woman doesn’t seem to care that they have an audience.
▼ Man: Are you going to let go?
Woman: Not unless you buy me the car!
▼ Man: I am NOT buying you a car!
Woman: I WANT IT!
It was a challenge trying to pick up what they were yelling at each other over the booming background noise, but I guess you get the gist. Personally, I pretty much agree with the whole “love is blind” concept, but if I were in this guy’s shoes, I’d probably go “shopping” for a new girl instead of a car. There must be a reason why people don’t say “love is deaf”, and I have a feeling this might be it.
