Famitsu has revealed three new songs for the upcoming Playstation Vita game Hatsune Miku Project DIVA f and it looks like one of the internet’s favorite memes, the Nyan Cat song, made the list.
We haven’t been this excited for a rhythm game since Trogdor made it into Guitar Hero II.
The Nyan Cat song was actually a Vocaloid song to begin with (above) but it was the remixed version (below) that made it an internet sensation.
Hatsune Miku Project DIVA f is the fifth entry in the Project DIVA series and will be released in Japan on August 30 for Playstation Vita and sometime in 2013 for Playstation 3.
The game was also showcased at Los Angeles trade show E3 2012 in order to gauge Western interest in the title—so who knows, if we all clamor enough for it, Sega might just make the localization happen.
