Okay, we know baby clothes are supposed to be adorable; that’s simply the nature of their existence. But just take a look at this item we found on online shop Baby Goose. Now, it has got to be near illegal for a piece of clothing to look that cute! And you know us — when we find something this adorable, we absolutely have to share it with you, our precious readers, in the spirit of spreading the joy of kawaii around the world. And boy, I would definitely be ordering one of these in an instant if I had a baby of my own … !
Yes, you can dress your toddler as a fluffy bear in this full-body babywear that’s almost like a cosplay costume. Granted, it costs 10,584 yen (US$93.33), which we admit is a bit steep for a piece of baby clothing, but if you look at the details, we think you’ll see how it could be love at first sight.
▼Yup, the bear ears on the hood are darling, but just check out the feet!
▼Heavens, the little bear paws are lethally cute!
▼Yes, the feet are sure to attract attention even when your baby’s just sitting in a stroller.
▼Again, those feet! (Please tell me I’m not the only one being driven completely crazy by the sight of those paws…)
▼A lot of attention has gone into the details, and not just the feet. They’ve made sure to sew on the ears carefully so that they always stand up nicely without drooping. The zipper also comes with a soft cover so that it doesn’t hurt the baby’s face. And you have to admire the darling little bear face expertly attached onto the front of the suit.
▼Of course, the babywear is irresistibly cute seen from the back …
▼…and the side as well!
▼The suit comes in two colors, “Happy Yellow” and “Milk Tea Cream”. And you can even have the baby’s name embroidered on the suit, although the embroidering will cost an extra 2,376 yen ($20.95).
The bear babywear, designed for toddlers between ages 3-4 months and 14-15 months, is made of 100% polyester fleece and is machine washable, so you don’t have to worry about it getting dirty. Judging from the customer reviews, purchasers of the item seem quite happy, saying that the suit not only keeps the baby warm but makes the people around them smile, and that it makes a great gift, which we’re inclined to agree with wholeheartedly.
So, if you’re looking for a baby gift, we hope this gave you some helpful ideas, or if not, we still hope the pictures gave you a few smiles — they certainly did for us. Now, excuse us as we go back to oohing and aahing over all the baby photos.
