
While North America and Australia are still have a week to wait before they can get their hands on the Nintendo 3DS XL, Japan is already getting its first limited edition version of the little giant: Nintendo 3DS LL Pikachu Yellow.
The handheld will cost 18,900 yen (US $240) and will only be purchasable by preorder at one of the seven Pokémon Center stores in Japan from August 25 to September 14 or until quantities run out.
All orders must be paid in full in advance and systems will be available for pick-up or delivery beginning September 15.
According to the official Pokemon Company press release, the Nintendo 3DS LL Pikachu Yellow will not be available for in-store purchase after September 15, so make sure to hurry to your nearest Pokemon Center before Bulbasaur faints from poison it’s too late!
