If a wardrobe filled with musty coats brought people to Narnia, we wonder where these beautiful tunnels might bring you. Let’s take a look at ten beautiful passageways from around the world.
1. Bonn, Germany
This tunnel in Bonn, Germany is created by rows upon rows of blossoming cherry trees. Unfortunately, you can only enjoy this beautiful tunnel for ten days out of the year, so savor every moment if you are lucky enough to catch this stunning sight.
2. Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Over 100 rosewood trees line this breathtaking little avenue named Rua Goncalo de Carvalho. The trees were planted 80 years ago by a German man working in the area and stand as tall as the seven story condominiums nearby. After twenty years short of a century’s worth of growth, the trees now embrace one another, forming a complete tunnel which hides the road when viewed from above.
3. Vermont, USA
The state of Vermont in the United States is famous for its vibrant fall foliage. An afternoon ride beneath the trees in the middle of autumn is not to be missed.
