It’s just I can’t stop staring at it. None of us can. How many times have we looked at the menu screens of our iPhones or iPads? Too many times to count, but we could never see what was going on right in front of us all this time.
If you have one of these apple devices please take it out and look at the menu screen. Go ahead. Do you see it?
If not, look closer. Take a good look at the icon for your Clock app.
It’s freakin’ moving, man! Well, not above. That’s just a picture, but on the screen it’s moving!
Not only is it telling the time accurately but that little second hand has been moving all along. Why didn’t Apple tell us?!
And if you’re reading this going “Pssh, I already knew that!” then why didn’t you tell us?! You couldn’t have sent us an email? Bastards…
Needless to say, the entire organization is in a state of shock. Writers and editors just don’t know what to believe anymore. Is that little silhouette in the contacts icon winking at me? Is the camera icon actually recording our every moment? Is the facebook… naw, that’s just an “f” I guess.
Please, if you know of any other secrets regarding iPhone app icons, please let us know. Meanwhile, we’re slowly recovering and getting back in touch with reality. When life gives you Apple easter eggs, you make… some kind of nog/cider?
