A man wearing what appears to be a Pikachu hat and carrying a Pikachu plush broke the security perimeter at the White House when he jumped over the North Fence on Thursday evening.

The Secret Service then came rushing out, guns in hand, and patted the man down. They then pushed the man to lie face-down on the North Lawn, and brought out a canine unit who then began barking at him. The man, whose name has not yet been released, was later led off the premises in handcuffs.
NBC‘s Dan Linden reported on Twitter that the White House was placed on lockdown because ofthe breach.
