Every year in Kobe, the Japanese rock band VAMPS hosts a Halloween party where the various artists in attendance are dressed to the nines in full Halloween regalia and this year looks to be no different. The costumes can be seriously impressive, too, as VAMPS’ lead singer Hyde recently revealed his look for this year’s gala and stunned the Internet.
