Japan took an impressive 7 out of the 9 spots, proving that people all over the world are interested in Japan. However, it seems that Japan falls somewhere in the 5th to 10th most visited Asian country in terms of real-life tourists. Travelers must be choosing relatively inexpensive Asian countries for their destinations and saving money by virtually touring Japan, a notoriously expensive locale.
