The Evangelion Shinkansen opened its doors in November. Modeled after Unit-01, the inside has a cockpit simulator, dioramas, and enough beer to get Misato drunk.
Starting on March 15, the train will offer new campaigns specifically to attract kids during spring break. Parents who accompany their elementary school age children from March 15 to April 17 in the “exhibition and experience room” will get a unique button badge.
Customers who ride on weekdays from March 15 to June 30 will get an original postcard featuring Asuka. The postcard is part of a tourist campaign with Okayama prefecture.
The Eva Shinkansen will run until March 2017. The train travels on the Santo Shinkansen Line with stops in Osaka.
