Head on over to your nearest Subway the next time you’re wondering, “How can you have any pudding if you don’t eat yer meat?” Starting May 29, the purveyor of those fresh, delicious, made-to-order subs is offering double meat portions on selected sandwiches.
For an additional 100 yen, consumers can get double meat on either the Beef Bulgogi or Pork Rib sub; two sandwiches introduced mid-May as “Stamina Boosters” in preparation for long, hot, strength-sapping summer ahead.
With the additional beef amounting to just an extra 113kcal and pork adding only 123kcal, you won’t have to worry about losing that beach-ready form you worked so hard to perfect through the cooler winter months…
Subway is running the campaign until mid-July (sorry, some stores excluded).
