Fall is in full swing and that means we’re all able to enjoy what this chilly season has to offer. Red and golden leaves, chestnuts, apples…all the things that remind us of autumn! For those with a little patience and some artistic ability, you can even create origami versions of these seasonal favorites. - Maple leaf

Japan is well known for its four seasons, but fall is arguably the most beautiful time of year with nearly every tree bursting with color. - Chestnut

Chestnuts roasting on an open fire are more of a Western treat, but people in Japan enjoy the fall nuts boiled, steamed or mixed with rice. Even if you are allergic, you can have fun folding your own origami chestnut.
