Running parallel or Sanrio’s yearly character poll is The Pokémon General Election 720 where trainers can cast their ballots through a variety of means for their favorite Pokémon. Voting opened on April 15 and the organizers released preliminary results a head of the closing date on May 8.
The “720” in the title means exactly what it sounds like: voters can choose from all 720 known Pokémon, from Bulbasaur to Hoopa. The current top 10 were announced on Thursday’s episode of Oha! Star.
