Remember those days in school when you just couldn’t focus on your school work, so instead of taking notes you doodled all over your papers? You’re not alone. Students all over the world scribble on their school supplies, much to the teachers’ dismay. Armed with a red pen, one teacher in Thailand has decided to fight back.
The teacher, who goes by John, is an 8-9th grade science teacher at an all-girls’ (English) school in Bangkok, Thailand. He established a rule in his class that if the students dare to draw on their assignments, he will draw back. After that threat, how could the girls resist?!
Red pen in hand, John doesn’t just add to the drawings; he manages to amusingly change the situations and themes of the doodles entirely. The end products are so funny that he’s created a blog to display them to the world. We have to agree, some of these cracked us up! (Many of his students are excellent artists themselves!)

John is really imaginative, quite a good doodler himself and clearly enjoys the task. He likes drawing so much, he even offers to scribble over the drawings of students from other classes, schools or even countries! With new doodling opportunities sure to emerge, we’re excited to see what else he can think up.
