Two of Japan’s greatest instruments of justice merge seamlessly into one another in this amazing illusion wire art.
This display promoting the new seasons of both Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (Gyakuten Saiban) and Detective Conan (Case Closed) is frankly one of the coolest things we’ve seen all week, depicting either Conan or Phoenix Wright depending on the angle you view it from.

https://twitter.com/aqua_rondo/status/713529228667400198The display is set up in an “L” shape with one side promoting Detective Conan. When facing that side the wire sculpture shows us the pint-sized protagonist.
However, the other inner-surface is plastered with promotion for Phoenix Wright, and when looking in from that direction, the wire sculpture miraculously takes on the ace attorney’s likeness.
And in between we can see what it’d be like if the two had a love-child. It’s pretty messy, as you might expect.
It just goes to show that the eternally young super-sleuth and tumultuous lawyer are united in appearance as well as their drive to uncover the truth. But really, their mothers should have told them that it’s not so polite to point like that all the time.
