The first trailer was a complete tease, but there’s finally some action and voice in this new preview video!

As we’ve previously shared, the Black Butler Book of the Atlantic anime film is slated to hit the big screens on January 21, 2017. The first teaser video gave us a glimpse into the mystery that is in store, but left fans hanging for more as it consisted solely of still images. The second teaser, thankfully, heightens the excitement with animation snippets of key characters in the film. Together with the release of the second trailer, three new cast members have been revealed, as well as the theme song for the upcoming film, and a brand new visual image illustrated by the film’s character designer and chief animation director, Minako Shiba.

Other characters set to appear in the movie are Grelle Sutcliff (voiced by Jun Fukuyama), Undertaker (Junichi Suwabe), Elizabeth Midford (Yukari Tamura) and Snake (Takuma Terashima).

On top of the new information that came along with the new teaser clip, a selection of adorable character merchandise has also been revealed. The items, which include an A4-size clear file set, lunch tote, and acrylic charms, will be available at the Aniplex booth at the upcoming Animate Girls Festival 2016.
