From spitting water on audience members to giving us a history lesson on schoolgirl poses, female singing-dancing idol groups in Japan are always looking for ways to entertain fans and sell their brand.

Kamen Joshi, or “Mask Girls” is the latest idol unit to grab everyone’s attention, after one of their members, Erina Kamiya, appeared in a revealing video that serves to educate and please viewers at the same time.

The members of Akihabara-based Kamen Joshi usually appear on stage in masks like the superhero Kamen Rider, but in this video, Erina appears mask-free, and that’s not the only thing she breaks free from in the video.

The “How to take off Shirts Quickly” instructional video might be a thinly veiled disguise for a different type of education, but let’s take a look at the process anyway.

First off, there’s the traditional, slow-moving technique that won’t do you any favours if you find yourself in the right place at the right time with the girl of your dreams.

To get your shirt off as fast as possible so you can impress her with your gorilla-buff body, Erina suggests trying one of the following two methods.

According to the first technique, simply grab your sleeve, bend your arm, and take the T-shirt off in one motion.

The second method involves grabbing the back of the T-shirt collar, bringing your arm out in front, and then “take it off in one motion!”

With these two techniques in your shirt-removing arsenal you’ll look as cool as an anime character in a romantic love scene. Of course, practice makes perfect, though, which means we’ll just have to watch that video again…
