Officials in the city of Sanda, Hyogo Prefecture, have released a statement urging women to be on their guard after a man stopped to ask a woman directions on the street before telling her that he was going without any underwear.
The man – described as being aged 30-35, around 175 cm (5′ 8″) tall and of slim build – was wearing glossy black sweat pants a matching jacket at the time of the incident, which occurred at 8:30 p.m. on Monday, 28 January.
The woman had been sitting on a roadside bench when the man approached her and asked for directions. He then proceeded to tell her, “I’m not wearing any underpants.” After ignoring him and walking away, the woman noticed that the man was following her, but he disappeared soon after.
It really is bizarre how some people out there get their kicks…
