When you think about it, a topknot hairstyle really would have you wanting some way to keep your head warm in winter.

Last month, we took a look at some avant-garde kimono and hakama from Kyoto-based fashion label Wazigen Shizukuya. Now that we’re into the winter months, though, it’s important to bundle up with multiple layers to ward off the cold, which is why the company is back with a collection of parkas that blend traditional Japanese sensibilities with modern patterns and styling cues.

Part of the company’s 10th anniversary celebration, the Opus.8 Goodspeed Parka line consists of four different designs, starting with the Dubai, made with a semi-transparent fabric.

The foreboding Transylvania incorporates a black and blood-red color scheme that we’re sure Count Dracula would pick when adding some Japanese-style flair to his outfit.
