It’s a limited-time alien takeover!
It is in no way hyperbolic to say that Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea has some of the world’s most enjoyable, adorable, and tastiest sweets. There’s such a wide array of treats paying homage to your favorite characters that it’s nearly impossible to traverse the theme park without drooling over at least one or two.
One such treat is a summer classic: shaved ice. Of course, in the place where dreams come true, this isn’t just your typical shaved ice topped with a neon-colored corn syrup that doesn’t even remotely taste like the fruit from which it takes its name. Rather, this shaved ice serves as the landing base for Toy Story’s lovable Little Green Men!

Okay, we can all agree that the pictures are incredibly appealing, but what about the flavor? Orange and strawberry milk are always a favorite, but the matcha-and-red-bean flavor can’t be beat. Twitter and Instagram users seem to agree!
▼ “Shaved ice with matcha and red beans is sooooo good! Is that kuromitsu sugar syrup I taste from the Little Green Man? And the matcha jellies on the bottom aren’t overly sweet – super delicious!

If you have a hankering to try one of these shaved ice treats, you’ll need to make your way over to Tokyo Disney before the end of August as the Little Green Men will launching back into space after August 31. You can get your hands on one of these at either The Gazebo in Adventureland or at Soft Landing on the 2nd floor of Tomorrowland. While you’re there, you can also pick up one of the lovely new Tokyo Disney fashion dolls!
