This is what happens when you combine Hello Kitty with one of Japan’s biggest rock stars!
Sanrio’s line of Narikiri Face Packs transform you into your favorite character for a blissful 15-20 minutes while nourishing your skin with collagen, aloe vera, and hyaluronic acid. These character face masks come in all varieties, ranging from Hello Kitty to My Melody and even Gudetama.
Now, you can get a little more hardcore with these special Yoshikitty Narikiri Face Packs! Yoshikitty, in case you’re not familiar with the character, is a version of Hello Kitty created in collaboration with Yoshiki, the leader of X Japan, one of Japan’s biggest and most famous visual rock acts.
▼ The Yoshikitty face packs come in two varieties. One features Yoshiki’s signature sunglasses look and a fresh rose scent.
▼ The other comes decorated with a bit of purple makeup (Yoshiki’s signature color), allowing you to feel like you’re part of the visual rock movement. It comes in a lavender scent.
Yoshikitty face masks aren’t available in stores yet, but they made their debut at Yoshiki’s special Dinner Shows, which are being held in Osaka and Tokyo from August 30th to September 3rd. You can get a pack of two for 1,000 yen (USD$9.71).
Whether you want to imitate the leader of X Japan or just want to look like you’re Hello Kitty in a rock band, the Yoshikitty Narikiri Face Pack is a great way to nourish your inner rock star and your skin. But remember: Be careful when stage diving!
Keep an eye out for when they’re set to hit stores!
