Treat yourself to some Krillin Chestnut Steamed Buns, Vegeta Lemon Chicken, Flying Nimbus Pancakes, and many more!
Aside from the recently-released Flying Nimbus cushion and Kamehameha ball, there’s just not enough new Dragon Ball news to keep fans satisfied these days.
Until now that is, as a Dragon Ball Cafe and Diner has just opened in Osaka featuring a wide array of yummy foods inspired by the franchise. Located on the fifth floor of the Umeda Hilton Plaza West, the restaurant promises to delight fans with a menu packed full of Dragon Ball goodness. Here are some of our favorites:
▼ This Four-Star Dragon Ball dessert (1,000 yen, US$8.80) is filled with mango
orange and white chocolate mousse. But be quick! Only 200 are made each day.
▼ The Flying Nimbus Pancake (1,400 yen) comes with a rich
citrus sauce, and is every bit as fluffy as you’d expect.
▼ This Dragon Ball Tree (750 yen) may not be green, but its exquisite
mint cream and vanilla crème brûlée ought to make up for it.
▼ Fans can summon Shenlong with this
impressive Shrimp Spring Roll (1,850 yen).
▼ Aspiring Super Saiyans should gorge themselves full
with Chi-Chi’s Special Assorted Plate (3,800 yen).
▼ A bowl of Oolong’s Barbecued Pork Noodles
(1,200 yen) comes with two fancy panties.
▼ King Piccolo’s Bang Bang Chicken Salad (1,300 yen)
is so evil it has to be sealed away in a jar.
▼ Cappucino art featuring Goku, Korin, Frieza and Majin Buu
are also available (650 yen each).
▼ Besides food, customers can also get their hands on some
exclusive merchandise such as keyholders (500 yen each)…
▼ …iPhone cases (2,700 yen)…
▼ …and even clothing such as hoodies and tote bags.
Aside from the items showcased here, a whole bunch of other delicious food items and interesting goodies are just waiting to be discovered at the Dragon Ball Cafe and Diner. Don’t dawdle for long though, as it only remains open until 31 January 2018.
So go ahead and fill yourself up with sweet Dragon Ball treats! After all, you’ll need all the energy you can get when firing off kamehameha using your smartphone.
