Meet Shiro and Mimi, just two of the stars of Kago Neko, a blog all about one Japanese cat fan’s pets. Sadly, the pair were not, in fact, born with such luscious barnets, but their owner, perhaps sensing their inner glam rock star, provided them with a couple of rather fetching blonde wigs. We think you’ll agree that they look pretty rockin’.
In the short video, we see the white pair chilling outside, doing what all cats do best and catching a few afternoon winks. They seem entirely unfazed by the mini mops placed on their heads, and only look up when another feline friend comes over and their owner does something to catch their attention.
▼ What’s up?
▼ Huh?
▼Meh, whatever.
▼ I sense a wigless one among us!
And is it just me, or if we kitted him out with some fake piercings and scars, wouldn’t the kitty on the right look rather like the evil blonde guy from Takeshi Miike’s ultra-violent 2001 film Ichi the Killer?
Well, him or pretty much any emo anime or manga character, I suppose…
