Daintier Grand Big Mac, still larger than McDonald’s signature burger, is also part of the encore appearance.

In the spring of 2016, McDonald’s Japan realized that sometimes, people are too hungry to be filled up by a single Big Mac. So the chain decided to create an extra-extra-large Big Mac, which it gave the much more eloquent name Giga Big Mac.

The Giga Mac quickly had burger fans rushing to the nearest McDonald’s during the sandwich’s limited-time appearance on the menu. And now, apparently having calculated that everyone has finished digesting the massive burger, McDonald’s is bringing the Giga Mac back again.

McDonald’s boasts that the four-patty Giga Mac is more than 2.8 times the size of a standard Big Mac, which makes it the perfect option for when two Big Macs just won’t do the job, but you’re not quite hungry enough to order three. You also get a nice buy-in-bulk discount, since at 700 yen (US$6.30) the Giga Big Mac is only 1.84 times the cost of the of the ordinary 380-yen Big Mac.

Alternatively, if you’re not quite hungry enough to take on something with the magnitude of the Giga Big Mac, the regal-sounding Grand Big Mac will also be making its return to McDonald’s branches, delivering over 1.3 times the size of a Big Mac in a single 490-yen sandwich.

Both the Giga and Grand Big Macs go on sale June 7, and will be available for a limited time.
