Causal clothing retail giant UNIQLO announced last week it would introduce a line of women’s and kids’ shorts themed on Baskin-Robbins ice-cream flavors from June 24.
UNIQLO said the shorts would be available in 31 different flavor-based prints, including old favorites such as vanilla and chocolate chip, as well as limited-time treats like 31 Love and cotton candy.
The shorts will come in two types, half length and short, and retail for 990 yen each (US$10.40). Kids’ shorts in seven patterns will also go on sale for 590 yen.
