When you walk with a tail, you walk with confidence.
Okay, so you’ve got your cat-eye contacts popped in, and your cat-ear headphones sitting atop your head. You’ve even got your hybrid cat/people snacks ready to munch on. Is there anything left that you can do to make yourself even closer to the animals you adore?
Why yes there is, thanks to this moving cat tail from U.S.-based ThinkGeek.
Officially called the Twitchy Kitty Electronic Tail, the feline fashion accessory attaches to the waistband of your pants or skirt with a clip. Powered by four AA batteries, once you flip the switch it sways and curls like the genuine article.
Now, you might be thinking that this is the sort of thing you’ll only be able to wear around the house or at select pop culture gatherings such as anime and comic book conventions. ThinkGeek would like to refute such misconceptions, though, and so has put together this convincing Business Cat video, showing that the Twitchy Kitty Electronic Tail can also function as proper professional attire.
▼ Much like a vest or pocket square can put an extra sheen on your polished appearance, so too do ThinkGeek’s motorized cat ears really help tie an outfit together.
If you think your office dress code will let you get away with this look, the Twitchy Kitty Electronic Tail can be ordered directly from ThinkGeek here for US$34.99.
Casey is feeling woefully underdressed because of his lack of any sort of animal-themed clothing, but you can follow him on Twitter anyway.
