Ever feel like you could spend the rest of your life in a soft bed tucked under a fluffy blanket? Well, maybe your pet sometimes feels the same way. And if that’s the case, then this may be an item you’ll want to get for your four-legged friends. It’s the “antibacterial and deodorized fluffy bed and blanket” (kokin boshu funnwari blanket-tsuki bed), and it looks so divinely comfortable, you may end up wishing you had one yourself!
Yes, the fluffy bed and blanket just may be what your pet needs to relax and snooze in complete bliss, just perfect for a cat to curl up in (the expression on the cat’s face in the picture above says it all, doesn’t it?). The soft material sure looks heavenly!
Of course, the bed isn’t just for cats either. Your precious canine companions can rest just as comfortably on the plush bed.
And even if your dog isn’t cat-sized, you don’t have to worry. You can get a bed that fits your dog, because these beds come in three sizes, the largest size is big enough for golden retrievers or Bernese Mountain Dog.
The bed and blanket are made from polyester, and based on the product description and customer reviews, the material is apparently so soft, you’ll want to spend all day touching it. What’s even better, the material has been specially treated to have anti-bacterial and deodorizing properties, something that’s definitely useful for a product that’s meant to come in close contact with pets. They’ve also used anti-tick cotton on the top surface of the bed as a measure of increased sanitary protection for your pet. Talk about being pampered — the bed actually sounds more than good enough for humans (if not even better than the average human bed)!
Further, the blanket can be attached to the bed with a button so that it stays in place, or if the temperature is warm, it can easily be taken off so your pet doesn’t get uncomfortably hot. Oh, and just to give you aesthetic options (or in case your pet has a favorite color), the product comes in three colors: beige, cocoa (dark brown) and pink.
▼Below are some shots of both cats and dogs enjoying the bed! Even larger dogs can lounge and relax on the cushion-like beds.
▼If that isn’t the picture of bliss, we don’t know what is.
▼Cute in pink? They also show here a close-up of the stylish shiny button you can use to keep the blanket in place.
▼This kitty definitely looks like he doesn’t want to move.
▼There’s room enough here for two.
▼If your dog doesn’t have much fur, we’re sure the blanket can help keep him warm.
▼Awww… this shiba dog looks picture perfect, the color of his fur matching the beige of the bed beautifully.
The beds are available from online pet products shop Peppy, at prices ranging from 3,240 yen (US$30.32) to 12,312 yen ($115.22) depending on the size. Now, if they made beds like these for humans, we would seriously want one ourselves, and we have a sneaky suspicion that we’re not the only ones who feel the same way. So, if you want to spoil your pets rotten, in a good way, of course, then these beds could be just what you need. In our opinion, any pet that gets to sleep on one of these is a lucky animal indeed!
